anzania Institute of Monitoring and Evaluation (TIME) is a private educational and training institution established in January 2015 to offer training in Monitoring and Evaluation, Research and Consultancy Services. The institute aspires to be responsive to needs of individuals and organisations in Tanzania and to be a role model in the provision of professional training in the area of Monitoring and Evaluation.
To be a model of excellence in the delivery of quality Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) services for improving theory and practice in programme Monitoring and Evaluation.

TIME programmes are based on the emerging needs of the client throughout Tanzania. TIME will make sure that programmes benefit from Monitoring and Evaluation carried out in the form of Needs Assessment and Participant’s Feedback, Programme Appraisal, Tracer studies, Baseline survey, Midterm evaluation and Impact assessment will form an important part of TIME training and capacity building process.
