Josephine Mbuya

Josephine Mbuya is a Partner having practiced law in Tanzania for the past 12 years. Josephine has advised clients on several projects in Tanzania. Her main areas of practice include, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate law in general. Josephine is also strong on legal due diligence. Josephine has done a 3-week Secondment programme in 2016 with Slaughter and May in London. Before joining Abenry she worked at Adept Chambers as an associate and prior to that she underwent 6 weeks work training/internship as a legal trainee with Spoor & Fisher a law firm in Jersey Britain, Channel Islands. Josephine is also an Advocate of the High Court of Zanzibar.
